Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, revenue, and expenses.
  • Establish clear objectives for the team and monitor progress to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Efficiently allocate team resources and organize workflows to maximize productivity.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong strategic planning and teamwork abilities.
  • Expertise in customer retention and relationship building.

Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Convert potential leads into customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide advice on selections from our extensive warehouse inventory.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, conducting daily checks on all new and existing leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
  • Skilled in assisting customers to find exactly what they need, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Friendly, kind, and polite in all customer interactions.
  • Authorization to work in the USA is a must.
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory; we value the willingness to learn and succeed in sales.

 

Measurement Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites to measure areas for stone, granite, or marble installation projects.
  • Accurately record all necessary dimensions and details, including edges, holes, and curves, to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Identify and collect any missing information or specifications directly from customers during site visits.
  • Provide clear explanations to customers about the measurement and installation processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with the team regarding measurements and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in accurate measurement techniques and tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different sites.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

 

Shop Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management and operational efficiency.
  • Train, supervise, and lead the workshop team.
  • Guarantee the high quality of production outputs.
  • Coordinate material preparation for machine operations.
  • Ensure the workshop is clean, organized, and safe.
  • Develop new techniques in granite shaping and polishing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues promptly.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and operational management skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards in workshop management.
  • Ability to innovate and enhance production processes.
  • Competence in machinery troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Strong motivational skills to inspire and lead the team effectively.

 

Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial management, including tracking of income and expenses.
  • Perform daily financial tasks to maintain accuracy in records.
  • Process payroll, ensuring timely payment to all employees.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including collection of payments and bill handling.
  • Monitor and manage the budget, planning for future financial requirements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends or significant changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets and equipment.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are correctly documented and recorded in the accounting system.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in financial management and accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of accounting software, ledgers, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Strong skills in financial planning and cash flow management.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented approach to financial tasks.

 

HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage various HR tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from planning to candidate selection, including identifying skill requirements for open positions.
  • Handle job postings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to find suitable candidates.
  • Make hiring decisions and manage all onboarding paperwork for new employees.
