“Granite empire was wonderful from start to finish. Jerry (sales) was very patient as we were waiting on lower cabinets to be installed. I wanted laser measure done…Jerry went out of his way and came within a few days to do the measurements himself to speed things up. It’s nice to have a salesman trained to measure. Jerry was very personable and I felt like I had known him my entire life, versus a stranger in my home. I then went down & picked out my slab. Laura showed me around and helped me decide what looked best with my design/taste. She was great! I picked out my slab on a Saturday and by Thursday it was being installed. They tell you 5-7 business days from the time you choose your slab. Mine was 4! My
last granite install took 3 months from start to finish.
I don’t think I have anything negative to say about this process…..I most definitely will use Granite Empire again & refer them to anyone looking for stone or countertops. My only suggestion I think would be to have more to choose from. Thank you all so much for making this so easy!”
