Lori is amazing! She walked me through the entire process, explained the different options, gave her input when I asked, and advise on what would be best for me. She was patient with my indecision. Working with Alex on my countertop was delightful. She helped me keep on track to finish on time, continued to be encouraging during my indecision, and made me feel confident about my choice. I've always liked having active shopping support in store, and I did not get that at many, many countertop stores I visited. Everyone I talked to at 2 locations was helpful and took time with me as needed. Bonus: they were probably the least expensive place in the area. Important, but second to the customer service. Granite empire was wonderful from start to finish. Jerry (sales) was very patient as we were waiting on lower cabinets to be installed. I wanted laser measure done…Jerry went out of his way and came within a few days to do the measurements himself to speed things up. It’s nice to have a salesman trained to measure. Jerry was very personable and I felt like I had known him my entire life, versus a stranger in my home. I then went down & picked out my slab. Laura showed me around and helped me decide what looked best with my design/taste. She was great! I picked out my slab on a Saturday and by Thursday it was being installed. They tell you 5-7 business days from the time you choose your slab. Mine was 4! My last granite install took 3 months from start to finish. I don’t think I have anything negative to say about this process…..I most definitely will use Granite Empire again & refer them to anyone looking for stone or countertops.
